It gets worse!

Compare this page with this idiots old page (it has since been changed– it’s for the people who still remember her old page). I dunno, maybe I’m wrong, I might not know the full story. I could be wrong. But someone pointed it out to me and I’m obliged to post it. Does anyone have better information? I don’t want to jump to conclusions.

Oh by the way, the chat transcript will be made available to those who leave their IM in the comments section if they so choose.

I went to an LTD party. It was crazy shit. Me and James got trashed right before, taking 3 shots of vodka all at once. We got in after wandering around confused for a little bit. James went to wander but I generally stayed outside of the main crowd because it was so damn hot.

I was dancing and this random girl just apeared right in front of me and we created a huge circle by ourselves. Macy was there, she complimented me on my dancing. Life is good right now. Yesturday it was a tall lanky white guy in Kim’s dorm.

Bush ordered carriers and advanced aircraft to the persian gulf. What could Bush be thinking? What will he say this Thursday?

Here are some guesses (keep in mind troops hasn’t been deployed yet):

  1. He is simply deploying aircraft and carriers for sake of convenience – to make it look to the public he is doing something.
  2. He is deploying aircraft in anticipation of bombing Afghanistan.
  3. He is deploying aircraft in anticipation of bombing another country. Possibly Iraq, Syria.
  4. He is deploying aircraft and troops in order to make a central “base” to carry out attacks against terrorist bases and support in those countries. These attacks will consist of bombing.

  5. He is deploying aircraft as a way of intimidating the other countries to follow his “requests”.
  6. All of the above.

What kind of bombings can or will he do?

  1. Precision Bombing – Most likely… He’ll attempt to destroy bases of attacks using laser guided bombs, cruise missles, etc.

  2. Massive retaliation – Bomb the hell out of supporting countries.

  3. Nuclear attacks – Unlikely in this age

He is scheduled to make the speech tommorow.

Here is my guess: I believe that Bush is seeking to do things slowly, not quickly as most Americans are wanting and expecting. I doubt that the intelligence community has yet to finger Bin Laden yet definately, so until then, Bush will deploy airplanes, support planes, and sea vessels into the Persian Gulf until he does do something. It’s my guess that Bush is seeking to remain out of a lengthy confrontation that would ruin him.

All asians look alike. I’m asian and I got 5 out of 18 correct. Whack!

Wow, I haven’t written in a while.

Well, for starters, Kim, is bumped onto the first part of my links section. Me and James finally met the girl behind the girl. James says I’m a bad influence. Pah!

Shozo’s birthday on Monday was a blast, although I don’t remember parts of it– not because I got too drunk or anything but because I choose to not remember it.

Yesturday, I cooked spaghetti and grilled chicken. As James knows, I’m a good cook. Kim came over and we indulged ourselves with some alcoholic cocktails (1.5 shot Kahlua, 1 shot Bailey’s, 1.5 shot bacardi rum, then fill with milk = coffee type alcohol) then went sauntering the various dorm halls at UCI in our drunken state.

Tonight, there are a couple of dances going on– I don’t think I’ll be writing much this week.

Yesturday, my roommates and I threw a bar-b-que and James, Waylan, and Theresa all showed up. We had some high times.

Ok, I’ve been studying middle east politics since 1996 or so, reading up on it every now and then and I get kind of annoyed with people with no education open their mouth about the US being wrong to support the israelites vs. the palestines.

Bin Laden isn’t Palestinian. He is the wealthy son of the Saudi Arabians. He is more pissed at the fact that the US has bases in Saudi Arabia (which he considers pure evil), then anything else. Over the years he has been roundly criticized by most Muslims. At the moment, he cannot go back to Saudi Arabia because the government froze his assets and is looking for him.

It’s pretty much sure Bin Laden was part of the scheme. He probably had lots of help. That is what Bush was referring to when he says he is goign to hunt down people responsible. The reasoning behind this is that we should stop them before they hurt us again. There are terrorist training camps around the world.

The US will have an easy time at first garnering support. It’s a hegemonic entity with the greatest alliance in history. Pakistan has already pledged full cooperation. Whether the United States and the people in it have the fortitude to pursue a 100% destruction of all the camps is a different story. History tells me no. We will get rid of a few major ones and then in 10 years, someone is going to take out the Statue of Liberty.

Cynicworld news.

Well, that moronic mallrat is checking my page every hour or so. She calls me obsessed.

Many people have had positive reactions as well as a certain amount of respect for the sheer analness in which I’m handling this matter. Some people are in the opinion that she has her own opinions and that I shouldn’t care. But this is my logic as follows.

Freedom of speech exists.

She speaks.

I speak back.

She has her right to speak, as do I. If she leaves a method of interaction amongst this site, namely, email, IM, or guestbook, I will respond with my right to bitch and moan and tell her. Seeing that a blog is meant to be read by the public internet population (do not argue, unless you have a password protected journal of your own, which nobody would enter), and I constitute that group, I will respond if I want to.

Go Amy and Free Speech! And Go Dave with his.

I feel kind of bad now. Ok I don’t. The ugly bitch IMed me and said I’m hurting her feelings. Well she said it in a proud way. She said I shouldn’t resort to personal attacks and I said I wouldn’t stop hurting her feelings until she apologized for her comments and learned from her experience. And then she said good bye. She’s too proud I suppose. Fuck her.

Anyway, I’m pondering putting up the transcript even though she asked me not to. Leave your comments on what I should do.

Moby, one of electronica’s pioneers, has an online website with a bunch of his writings. He keeps a journal. A very interesting person.

for all the vaunted talk about free speech, the ignoramous little bitch deleted about 20 messages on her guestbook. Before, she wrote about how she wanted more traffic and more attention, but as soon as I pointed out her inherent defiencies (and with the help of a couple of partners in crime), she erased them all. Oh, her studly boyfriend, also took down his layout because I pointed out a whole mess of grammatical mistakes. He was being pseudo-intelligent in a dumb-ass way, most notably his annoying tendency to use semi-colons in odd places and his intellectual eliticism that was pretty misplaced when over 70% of his diction was plainly incorrect.

Letter (And one of the last few WTC related posts I will post).

We’ll go forward from this moment. It’s my job to have something to say. They pay me to provide words that help make sense of that which troubles the American soul. But in this moment of airless shock when hot tears sting disbelieving eyes, the only thing I can find to say, the only words that seem to fit, must be addressed to the unknown author of this suffering. You monster. You beast. You unspeakable bastard. What lesson did you hope to teach us by your coward’s attack on our World Trade Center, our Pentagon, us?

What was it you hoped we would learn? Whatever it was, please know thatyou failed.

Did you want us to respect your cause? You just damned your cause.

Did you want to make us fear? You just steeled our resolve.

Did you want to tear us apart? You just brought us together.

Let me tell you about my people. We are a vast and quarrelsome family, a family rent by racial, social, political and class division, but a family nonetheless.

We’re frivolous, yes, capable of expending tremendous emotional energy on pop cultural minutiae — a singer’s revealing dress, a ball team’s misfortune, a cartoon mouse. We’re wealthy, too, spoiled by the ready availability of trinkets and material goods, and maybe because of that, we walk through life with a certain sense of blithe entitlement. We are fundamentally decent, though — peace-loving and compassionate. We struggle to know the right thing and to do it. And we are, the overwhelming majority of us, people of faith, believers in a just and loving God. Some people — you, perhaps — think that any or all of this makes us weak. You’re mistaken. We are not weak. Indeed, we are strong in ways that cannot be measured by arsenals. IN PAIN Yes, we’re in pain now. We are in mourning and we are in shock. We’re still grappling with the unreality of the awful thing you did, still working to make ourselves understand that this isn’t a special effect from some Hollywood blockbuster, isn’t the plot development from a Tom Clancy novel.

Both in terms of the awful scope of their ambition and the probable final death toll, your attacks are likely to go down as the worst acts of terrorism in the history of the United States and, probably, the history of the world. You’ve bloodied us as we have never been bloodied before. But there’s a gulf of difference between making us bloody and making us fall.

This is the lesson Japan was taught to its bitter sorrow the last time anyone hit us this hard, the last time anyone brought us such abrupt and monumental pain. When roused, we are righteous in our outrage, terrible in our force. When provoked by this level of barbarism, we will bear any suffering, pay any cost, go to any length, in the pursuit of justice. I tell you this without fear of contradiction. I know my people, as you, I think, do not. What I know reassures me. It also causes me to tremble with dread of the future.

In the days to come, there will be recrimination and accusation, fingers pointing to determine whose failure allowed this to happen and what can be done to prevent it from happening again. There will be heightened security, misguided talk of revoking basic freedoms. We’ll go forward from this moment sobered, chastened, sad. But determined, too. Unimaginably determined. THE STEEL IN US You see, the steel in us is not always readily apparent. That aspect of our character is seldom understood by people who don’t know us well. On this day, the family’s bickering is put on hold. As Americans we will weep, as Americans we will mourn, and as Americans, we will rise in defense of all that we cherish.

So I ask again: What was it you hoped to teach us? It occurs to me that maybe you just wanted us to know the depths of your hatred. If that’s the case, consider the message received. And take this message in exchange: You don’t know my people. You don’t know what we’re capable of.

You don’t know what you just started. But you’re about to learn.

Best analysis of Osama Bin Laden, I’ve seen to date.

Rant for today

You seem em. You know what I’m talking about. It’s those people who use the damm semi colons like there’s no tommorow. They use funny sentence constructions and their semi-colon usage is about one in every four sentences.

There is almost no good reason to use a semi-colon for that purpose unless you are self-consciously trying to be intelligent sounding. That’s annoying. What’s more annoying is the people who use MTV and CNN vocab words like jaded and midst. Except they spell it mist.

Click here and here for good examples.

And thankyou Anna for your lovely email in the mist of this guestbook-flaming-session. I appreciate someone not stepping all over me. Instead of dealing with it like rational human beings, they’re acting like Osama Bin Laden. Bring on the flame, baby.

OHMYGOD! how dare I have fun in the mist of such a tragic event? Talk is so cheap

it looks like i’m going to go to hawaii again for a weekend for free. a production company will fly me over.

darn, i only got a small mention from that ignorant mallrat. shucks.

hey, i thought you didn’t care what people wrote and you said to bring the flame on? i thought it was an open invitation. and because i love to meet the challenge demanded by teeny-boppin’ teens, i get called ignorant? oh well.

Oh yeah, I hope that girl criticizes my spelling and grammar like she did to other people. yeah, try to fuck with my perfect sat scores for every subject that’s english related. i’ll poke so many holes into your ludicrous misuse of the semi-colon and tense and other errors i didn’t mention yet (she uses them just like I used them back in 10th grade because they looked cool and I thought if I used spellcheck and used a couple of semi-colons people would think I’m intelligent). just because i don’t go back and correct every single mistake doesn’t mean i don’t know they are there.

So tonight, I sent a pretty cool guestbook entry to this one bitch who is the epitome of everything i find annoying with people today. I got the link from Joyce and at first I didn’t think there was anything too bad, until I started reading it.

9:35 AM; The Pentagon and the World Trade Center has been maliciously attacked. The Pentagon is on fire, and the WTC suffered an explosion. There are tons of smoke coming out and people are in a frenzy. I’m watching this event unfold live on CNN and I’m thinking, who cares.

Here is a transcript (i realize she is asian, i wrote it in notepad and I forgot to change it in my haste to paste it on her guestbook):

Once upon a time, there was a white, middle-class, very average american girl living in the united states who didn’t really care what other people thought because she thought she was too cool for other people.

“I don’t give a damn what you say, nothing will faze me, you bastards. I want to get my shopping on, so I can buy stuff for my trailer and hopefully i’ll get some implants to correct my chest defect in the near future, so i can be on jerry springer because he’s my favorite guy in the whole wide world.”, she said.

“Gosh, can’t people be more creative? They can only call me b1tch. Why can’t they think up some other creative names to call me, like ‘ignorant stupid, stupid whore’, or nasty, provincialistically minded slut’, or ‘shallow simpering simpleton’, or ‘meandering moron’, or (lets get more vulgar as we go along) ‘future cock-socking crack-whore bimbo’ or ‘spoiled, pampered, naive, little, jerry-springfield-watching idiot with precious little real life experience but who cares she’s prolly going to marry a rich stock broker who is gonna work at the financial building that’s gonna get bombed and THEN she will regret because karma is a bitch and she will get hers.”

“Anyway, I shopped today at this mall and that mall and I went to church because I’m supposed to, not because I’m actually christian or anything but because I’m supposed to.”

“I’ll write about the same thing every damn day, which is basically nothing. Lalalala. I’m going to the mall tommorow, because that’s all I do, you know with my high school education and my money. Yup.”

Anyway, feel free to go to her website. she writes about nothing. you can also go to her guestbook and write her some stuff, or visit her boyfriend’s site, oh my god, he’s such a handsome stud. =| It’s okay though, he’s about as good-looking at his generation-x apathetic girlfriend. He makes fun of other people who succumb to his intellectual prowess.

At work we went through some of the Spiderman we did because they had to pull a trailer from the movie theaters because it features a helicopter stuck in a giant web between the world trade centers. So we made sure nothing like that was featured in any of the stuff we did.

My sister and I were talking about how really young people were coming out with awesome layouts and technically great webpages these days. Chelsa is one of them. She lives in Singapore. And I try to read her page as every entry is pretty golden.

Speaking of links, I updated them. On the more links section I added a bunch of links to reflect the fact that more iloveraving.com are blogging now.
